Starting right in pregnancy & every bump along the way
Some of us read the books, took the courses, and bought the products but still found ourselves caught off guard in large aspects of motherhood. With Lumina, you will have a sounding board and a doula with experience navigating this journey in the community we share.
A dedicated & experienced birth companion
The anticipation of labor can cause a great deal of anxiety. OBGYN offices do not always give parents the space to express and explore those fears and how to navigate them. However, we believe that birth is natural and can bring immense joy when equipped with the right tools, info, and support!
Postpartum without the blues
Although we cannot guarantee that you will have a pain-free experience, we can tell you that you will not be alone while you heal in those early days when hormones rapidly adjust. Lumina offers virtual mental health support and in-home visits during those critical first weeks.

Limited births and appointments available per month because we believe in quality over quantity. One on one support during the critical transition from individual to parent deserves our full attention.
